“Before MPP, personal branding felt intimidating. I knew I had valuable experiences to share, but I wasn't sure how to create content that aligned with the outcomes I wanted for my career. Adama breaks everything down into clear, actionable steps — a career blueprint, a sustainable content strategy, a posting cadence. Since joining, I've gained more than 400 new LinkedIn connections, received hundreds of messages from people seeking my expertise, and been approached about paid opportunities. My content is finally attracting the conversations I hoped it would”

“I had plenty of ideas but struggled to bring them together into a brand that felt authentic and cohesive. The biggest shift was realising I no longer needed to pick a lane. Since completing the program, I've solidified my positioning, grown my following across multiple platforms, and seen a noticeable increase in external job opportunities and 1:1 requests. Joining was one of the best investments I've made in my personal and professional growth.”

“My passions were so segregated I wasn't sure how to even begin. I work full time as an engineer, but I also speak at conferences and I'm a poet. MPP taught me I don't have to niche down to just one passion- I can share all of them with strategy and clarity, without sounding like a confused mess.
The biggest shift was mindset- the courage to actually believe I can build what I have in mind. The MPP app helped me clarify my mission statement, content pillars, and audience profile- more clarity than I would've figured out on my own. The blueprint document we built is something I still reference to make sure I'm building from the right baseline.
Since then: a speaking engagement from a LinkedIn post, weekly content, growing following, and doors opening to roles like Engineering Communications Manager.”
